  • Erin McSherry, LLC is no responsible for making clothing purchases or covering the cost of clothing. Client is responsible for making clothing purchases and covering the cost of clothing for the photoshoot.

  • Any payment processing fees or applicable taxes are also non-refundable.

  • The content provided in The Shoot Edit, including but not limited to slides, videos, and supplemental materials, is the intellectual property of Erin McSherry LLC. By purchasing, you receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction of any materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Erin McSherry LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or injuries arising from your participation in the program.
